I think South Africa left the commonwealth didnt it? I thought it was in the fascist camp according to the op.. or am i interpreting it wrong.

Yes that is what it says but no way could that South Africa enforce apartheid. It is like 3% white... So I'd say best path is independent black state or commonwealth equality state. |
