West Virginia has flipped over to the Republican side in 2000; Missouri, and most of the Midwest is going the same way. Virginia has been trending Democratic for some time, same goes with North Carolina, and Georgia and Texas are predicted to become swing in the next few years. Now, when will the states flip parties, like those who are Republican states now flip to Democratic, and likewise for the Democratic states?

I'd say that Virginia will fully flip to democrat by 2024 .
New Hampshire will eventually come to it's senses and become a democratic state once again asap.

Virginia and North Carolina, and Probably Georgia, as immigrants come in and citys such as Raliegh and Atlanta grow, I imagine they will definatly become Democratic.

Hmm... Bit of a side question, but what would it take to make California a swing state. I can only imagine the elections if it was over 50 EVs up for grabs.
