what about the Civilian tech level is it about the Same as the military or Higher. I would guess around mid to late 50's since less of the GDP was invested in military matters. Didn't quite a few civilian technology advances result from military projects? |

so for Japan would a program to build new Ships for the Navy and scrapping the Old Ones make sense as well as upgrading the Aircraft of the Fleet to entirely Jet Powered Aircraft.

all i know was that in the old one, the Congo had a space agency, federal education, an atomic bomb, and rather advanced healthcare for an African nation. it was fun  are we going to go for the slightly faster advancement of technology like in the original? |

But I can bet who i'll be going with this time. But the real question is..... should I search for that old picture of Mamba... or create a new guy....

Yeah, i felt important... for a while all sides were trying to bring me into their camp, and that helped a lot, cause i got so much money from those few years. But I can bet who i'll be going with this time. But the real question is..... should I search for that old picture of Mamba... or create a new guy.... I say it's time to let Morgan Freeman retire and have a new guy take the reins as the bloodthirsty dictator of the Congo. |
