We should probably begin to build a library of maps for different time periods, based on-site to make them easier to find. When I have the time I'll start to bring as many maps as possible over from AH.com and put them all in a single thread (probably in the Forum Resources section) as well as colour schemes and suchlike.

I'm also thinking of linking to useful sites for population statistics, military numbers, GDP per region per annum and stuff like that. Obviously we want to make the site as accessible as possible, and minimizing the amount of Google trawling people need to do is an important first step.

Yes, I have a few sites (i think). Maybe assemble a thread in the Encyclopedia section.

Do we have to past a description with our maps ? Because I have a old map that I like and Want to post but I don't have a description.

The OTL Map Depository is strictly for OTL Worlda maps at the moment, but I'm sure you could make a thread for AH maps or OTL maps in different projections.
