I mean from his post it looks like he could be facing a civil war soon in Bengal and theres still the whole Hindu-Muslim thing. And then he threatened Portugal.

On military strength, I'm somewhat lenient on letting people come up with numbers as long as they are reasonable and explained.

Do we use OTL numbers for military strength? That's not descriptive at all. People's republic means Communism, he makes it sound like they are some generic republic struggling to find an ally, if it's communist it should have no problem finding a friend.

So, regarding Heavy's decision to become a republic...
I believe that goes directly against what the GM had said, and they have been a dominion for six years, and are preferring British protection due to the Japanese Empire close-by and Sino stability.
