To Germany from Empire of Japan We are with Drawing your settlers from Hainain island to Formosa but due to the fact the people wish to take their Deceased Family members with them and will not leave while their Loved Ones are buried on the island we are building suitable cemetery's for them and this is taking time to find sites that people are happy with so the Transportation of the bodies to be re-buried in a respectful manner will take 9 Months and then the Removal of the Settlers and their Personal Property will tkae another 6-9 Months so somewhere around the 18 August 1961 They Island will be Transferred back to Chinese control. To: Japan From: China9 months is still an excessive amount of time for evacuation of (the very few that exist) settlers and exhuming a few hundred, at most, graves. We are giving you 3 months to do so, and understand that we are being generous

Anthony Brooke in WashingtonAmidst rising tensions with the Empire of Japan, the Rajah Muda of the Kingdom of Sarawak, Anthony Brooke, has arrived in Washington to meet with several prominent members of the Eisenhower Administration in an effort to sway American Foreign Policy in the region. While initially finding difficulty in meeting with anyone, the Heir Apparent to the Sarawak Throne in Exile managed to score a meeting with Vice President Nixon during a brief lull in his election campaign with the two men spending several days speaking, playing golf, and otherwise socialising. The success of the meeting is currently indeterminable have sources report that Nixon has invited Anthony Brooke, as well as members of the Council Negri in exile, to return to Washington following his inauguration to further discuss the Pacific at a later date. Commonwealth of Australia - 1960 Name:Commonwealth of Australia Head of State: Queen Elizabeth II (Represented by Governor General William Joseph Slim) Head of Government: Prime Minister Robert Menzies ( Liberal Party) Type of Government: Constitutional Monarchy, Parliamentary Federation Population:10,275,000 Capital: Canberra Largest City: Sydney DomesticInternal Events:- Another round of defense spending has been approved, and the government has decided that a second aircraft carrier, and an airwing for it to carry, are to be acquired. Where exactly this carrier is to be built, and who will build it, are up in the air for now, but the Liberal government has certainly secured voter confidence in terms of their defense credentials. Other, more secretive, plans are underway but those have been kept from public view... - New Immigration laws have been passed to encourage immigration of people of all nationalities - and allowing them to become citizens. This policy was unpopular with some elements of Australian society - however the Liberal's strong stance on defense issues has helped them continue to remain popular. These immigration policies are expected to help grow Australia's population and economy as well as providing new sources of labour for Australia's growing econonmy. - The largest and most expensive Australian film to date was released to stunning box office success. The film dealt with a hypothetical invasion of Australia by an 'unnamed Asian Empire' and employed thousands of military extra's for it's climatic battle scene - depicting a pitched battle against the unnamed invaders through the streets of Darwin. The film is currently undergoing an international release and has earned praise for it's action and 'contemporary theme' though it was criticised for what being an a 'blatant and offensive' piece of propaganda. Said critics were drowned out by the voices of the Australian public who liked all the explosions. It is predicted to have a strong performance in the American market. SECRET Australia's nuclear program is off to a good start - and indeed the lucky country should have a sizable arsenal of nuclear weapons and the means by which to deploy them by the end of the decade, and a smaller arsenal within two years. This marks the start of a new period in Australia's development as a nation - now she will be able to truly stand alone on the world stage, no longer cowering behind her allies and taking her place among the nuclear powers. Internal Problems:- Discontent about the situation of the Aboriginals - Growing fears about the situation in Asia - A great big lot of the country is arid desert. Not the greatest place to live, but somewhat habitable. Economic Status:- GoodMilitaryRoyal Australian Army:100,000 soldiers 125,000 Reserves (non-mobilized) Royal Australian Navy:30,000 Personal Aircraft Carriers- 2 - one to be placed into the reserve and replaced with a new, as yet unnamed and unbuilt, carrier of a far more modern design. Cruisers - 1, an old design that will have to be replaced sometime in the future. Destroyers-16 Frigates-25 Royal Australian Air Force20,000 Personnel (Unknown number of planes, my source for the number of ships and personnel didn't have any aircraft numbers - GM, any suggestions on numbers?) Alliances, Agreements, Pacts, and Trade:League of Nations member Commonwealth of Nations Commonwealth Preference Alliance of Allied Nations Diplomacy:To: Republic of China From: Australia
We'd like to increase trade between our two nations, and to hopefully work together to bring peace and stability to the Asian region. SECRET: We wish to offer our support in the case of any Japanese aggression against you. We don't have the biggest army in the world but it's well trained and well equipped. #Australia1960]

From: Australia To: Iran, General StatementWe condem this blatant theft of Brittish property, and hope that Iran might reconsider it's desire to commit political and economic suicide. To: AustraliaThe British have long benefited from Iranian oil without its rightful owners -ie us- gaining anything out of it. Instead the Iranian people were treated like slaves, used only to fill coffers in London with the billions of pounds they earned over our backs. We've got more than enough of that, and we find it laughable that you declare the AIOC to be rightful British property. You obviously don't know what you're talking about.

Furthermore, we request some Italian engineers to be sent over to Iran to help construct highways and railroads between all major cities.
To: Australia Whatever, we don't really feel the need to argue with you colonialists too. 'We're sure you consider territory like Kenya or Bahrain to be British 'property' as well. '
