To: Republic of Iran From: Great Britain
We're content to allow your nation to continue to act autonomously and accept your decisions to nationalize our holdings. However, we must demand that you compensate us for damages and property. Such actions are little more than petty theft - something surely your nation is above. Furthermore, we request that you allow our merchants to return to your nation. Again, we mean no harm to your people or government. We merely want to ensure the continued prosperity of both of our people. Surely such wise men as yourselves would see the benefit of not acting as common thieves.

From the United States To Britain SecretWe wish to know if you still intend to prosecute military action in Iran or whether you've seen fit to show some restraint for the time being. To: United States From: Great BritainSecret:Hopefully we won't have to bring about military action in Iran, and we hope to stay our hand if possible. That said, if the Shah refuses to listen to reason, we may have to intervene. What are your thoughts on the matter?

From the United States To Britain SecretGiven we intend to take action against Japan very soon, we will not be capable of assisting in such an endeavour. Diplomatically, we shall do our best to keep both the Fascists and the Communists off the scene and permit you to do what needs to be done in peace but as we said, we'll be too involved in the Pacific to put any boots on the ground.

From: Greater German Reich To: Italian Social Republic
Secret:We can agree to that. We were about to contact you regarding that honestly. Also need help on the transition of Ethiopia to independence? To: Greater German Reich From: Italian Social Republic
Secret: We thank you for your offer but we feel as if we are good now. We are giving the Ethopians what they want and are effectively lieaving the nation so they shouldn't be to upset about the whole ordeal. If you wish to assist in setting up a fascist government you can though.

To: Japan From: ChinaIf you believe they want independence, then why don't you prove that they want independence by holding a referendum run by a neutral nation? We're not even going to dignify the second half of your communique with a response. OOC: Repost

Is providing the comforts of modern life theft? Is modern medicine and education and transportation ordinary highway robbery? We won't stand for your unsubstantiated insults, but more importantly, we want to ensure that our citizens have what is rightfully theirs - compensation for their property. Please show us how you are any more than mere robbers for these actions.

The Americans said it well - do you see us murdering and oppressing our native peoples? No.

To: Britain From: IranBut we are not going to compensate you, and you can stop trying. Time to accept the world has changed, don't you think? To: Iran From: Great BritainIf accepting that outright theft is a part of this "new world" of yours, then we suppose we'll have to give in. I sincerely hope you won't lose sleep over your citizens abroad. Also, consider any rights of your citizens to use British waters, particularly the Suez canal, at an end. UK Internal Event:The British Royal Navy is set on High Alert, particularly around the Suez Canal. Port Authorities and British forces are ordered to seize all Iranian ships in British ports or waters, and take any hostages to the Iranian embassy in London, with orders to keep them there. Strict orders are given not to kill or injure any Iranians.

To: Britain From: Italian Social Republic Stand down before you cause a international incident! Iran was well within their right to do what they did as the age of imperialism is over and the people of Iran did what was necessary to gain control of their economy. You are not only hurting them but us to and we find this as a action of hostility against our nation. To: Iran From: Italian Social Republic
Secret: We give your vessels permission to fly the colors of our nation in order to avoid the petty British Blockade. If questions are asked just state you are using part of our merchant marina to transport goods throughout Europe. Italian Social Republic Internal Event Due to the recent aggression shown by the British around the mouth of the Suez and the Mediterranean in general, the Italian Navy has been mobilized. Shore leave has been canceled and all available sailors called up to man their respected vessels. The Italian Aircraft Carrier, Garibaldi, participating in combat exercises

We just let you know that Iranian ships will not be boarded, searched or 'taken hostage' by you, our ships *will* shoot back as that's a flagrant breach of our sovereignity. But we're sure you'll have to look that word up in a dictionary. By the way, the Suez Canal is Egyptian.
