To Republic of China from Empire of Japan secret: What do you mean Hainan Island it is a part of japan so please explain in greater detail what you want. To: Japan From: Republic of ChinaYou must be rather confused-Hainan island is not your territory, you merely hold a sphere of influence there. However, the island is Chinese, and it has been our longstanding policy that all agreements between our two nations made prior to 1937 were nullified by your invasion. This includes your sphere in Hainan. It has slipped our mind up to now, but we demand that you work out a timetable for Japanese withdrawal from the island. To: India, Afghanistan, Burma, Thailand (Separate Notes) From: China
Secret: We were wondering how you feel about the Japanese and radical leftism?

From the United States To Mexico SecretWe noticed the eery growth of Communism in your nation and we just need to ask if you need a 'hand' in ensuring they don't do anything 'rash'. To USA From MexicoWell, we need to expand the air force. It is on a dismal state, and communist guerrillas in Central America have a strange tendency to prop up in our territory for no reason. As for Communism. Well, there's the bolsheviks in the Mexican Communist Party, which aims to impose a similar government to the one from the Bolsheviks, but they haven't taken up roots in the actual power structure, not counting the syndicalist leaders (however, the workers are sided with the ruling party). We "can" take care of them... with some financial help and advisors. ((OOC: Adolfo López Mateos was a leftist. Though, he's more of a moderate leftist unlike the previous presidents.)

Secret: We were wondering how you feel about the Japanese and radical leftism? Secret:We hold no love for the same old imperialism except practiced by an Asian people instead of a European one. Though unlike some other nations, the Socialist Party is legal here, and they aren't exactly ready to roll out the welcome mat for Moscow.

To India From CanadaWe did not intend to insult you with out recent statements and apologize if you were offended by it. We simply meant that we wish that you wouldn't leave the commonwealth but we recognize your decision. We did not leave the Commonwealth, we simply abrogated our Dominion status, because unlike other dominions, the people of India are not descended from British colonists. We were not aware that nations had to be subservient to Britain to be part of the Commonwealth. Surely a nation such as Canada could be a loyal friend and ally of Britain while simultaneously being the Republic of Canada or something of that nature, the two are not mutually exclusive. If the British choose not to accept our fair and reasonable terms that we feel will take a major step towards the resolution of grievances that exist between our two states, then we will indeed have to consider whether or not we are truly considered a valuable part of this great Commonwealth.

To: Japan From: ChinaWhen we asked for your withdrawal, we believed that it could be assumed that we wanted it to happen within a reasonable timeframe. Apparently, that's not something you've realized. We demand that you withdraw from the island in at most a year. To: USA From: China
Secret: Come to think of it, some aid packages, or, failing that, the USA buying some of our bonds at low interest rates would be a great help for us, as would a reduction of tariffs on Chinese goods entering the United States

To: The United StatesFrom: IndiaOh excellent! We shall have to play use these for Cricket! We are, as ever, committed to the cause of democracy. We do have a wonder though, in light of your recent induction of China, we would wonder if you might also be interested in strengthening our bilateral relations. If the British in the end decide that India is not a valuable nation and ally, then we would be happy to shift the impetus of our foreign relations to the world's most venerable democracy. From the United States To IndiaWell when you put it in such a flattering way, we'd love to strengthen relations between our two democracies. To: USA From: China
Secret: Come to think of it, some aid packages, or, failing that, the USA buying some of our bonds at low interest rates would be a great help for us, as would a reduction of tariffs on Chinese goods entering the United States From the United States To China SecretConsider it done, except the tariffs part. That's not on the table for us at the moment. To: USA From: AustraliaEverything's just fine down here. Thanks for asking. SECRET We'd be more than happy for an increase in co-operation with regards to military matters. Say; we're in the business for some new hardware - specifically a new carrier sometime in the future. While we still haven't decided on much other than that we are going to acquire/and or build one we do know that the planes on her flight deck will probably be American. If you could inform us what planes you might be able to sell us, that'd be great.
And then there's the matter of our nuclear program. While we've got nuclear capable allies, they are rather far away and we'd like our own deterrent against any nation that might decide that our fair continent would be an awfully nice addition to their empire. What we're asking for is some help with making a small amount of nuclear weapons - we'd be happy to give you some help in exchange for it; though I'm not sure what you'd want in exchange. From the United States To Australia Secret*Insert OTL Planes from the 50's here --->* We could find our way to helping you start something up but in exchange we want basing rights in Darwin. That both helps us and helps you with the US Navy subsequently being added as an extra protective layer to your fine nation. To: United States From: United Kingdom
SecretWe are annoyed about India, and are currently looking over their proposal and looking at it. We were readying to begin a process of decolonization already, by having referendums done, and determining the amount of time, till each of the regions are ready for independence as a stable country. From the United States To Britain SecretWell it's fair and we highly recommend you accept it. Very good then.

Secret: Might cause issues having both Hugary and Romaina trying to work together. If we had to choose I would rather have Romaina due to their natural resourses. Perhaps we should invite Yugoslavia?

It is not, it is ours. It is not your place to decide matters on sovereign Chinese territory. You are illegally occupying Chinese territory. We demand that you withdraw, or we will seek *ahem* international arbitration.

we are willing to talk with the Republic of China but we will not give up Formosa as it is an integral part of Japan and it will remain So Hainain we can negotiate on but we would require the Republic of China to give up any Claim to Formosa then we can work on talks for a Withdrawal.

1960: Student Protests In Vienna In the Third Reich, peaceful student protest break out in Vienna against the German administrations. High inflation and unemployment in Austria and other German satellites, a result of Goering's policies of forcing debt upon the respective nations has led to the current demonstrations. Some students wave the old Austrian flag and sing songs of independence. The heavily controlled state media works extremely hard to keep the protests a secret but information does leak out to the rest of the world.
